The Authentic Experience

A 4.5kW Harvia electric heater brings 40 lbs of Finnish sauna stones to temperature in under 45 minutes, reaching 180°F. Pour a ladle of water on the stones and steam hits every surface simultaneously. This is the original recovery protocol — no app required.
