Return & Refund Policy
At All Clear Performance, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free from excessive wear or damage beyond the reported defect, and must include all original components, hardware, and packaging materials where possible.
To Start a Return Contact us at dustin@allclearperformance.com or call 405-362-1913. Do not ship any items without first receiving written authorization and return shipping instructions from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping arrangements and destination will be coordinated directly with our team on a case by case basis.
Damages & Freight Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. For freight damage, photograph the damage and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours at dustin@allclearperformance.com. Freight damage claims must be reported promptly to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Exceptions Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at dustin@allclearperformance.com.
