SHIPPING POLICY
At All Clear Performance, we sell premium home gym equipment, infrared saunas, and cold plunge recovery gear. Products built to last, sized to perform, and shipped with care.
How We Ship
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier partners across the United States. Because our products are large, heavy, and built to commercial standards, most items ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
Processing and Lead Times
In-stock equipment is typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 3-7 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order items, including our Cal Saunas line, are built and crated specifically for your order. Estimated time from order to shipment on made-to-order items is typically 4 to 18 weeks depending on the manufacturer's production schedule. Many orders ship much sooner, but please plan for up to 18 weeks before your item leaves the dock. Each product page states whether an item is made to order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery is typically 7-14 business days depending on your location and carrier availability. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.
Freight Delivery
Large items such as saunas, power racks, cable machines, and cold plunge tubs ship via freight. Freight deliveries are typically curbside. The carrier will bring your item to the curb or driveway and will call ahead to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
Inspect Your Order Immediately
Please inspect all items upon delivery before signing. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at dustin@allclearperformance.com or 405-362-1913. Freight damage claims must be reported promptly. For made-to-order items, report any damage within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can file a freight claim on your behalf.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order within the contiguous United States. No calculators, no surprises at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
