SHIPPING POLICY

At All Clear Performance, we sell premium home gym equipment and cold plunge tubs — products built to last, sized to perform, and shipped with care.

How We Ship All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier partners across the United States. Because our products are large, heavy, and built to commercial standards, most items ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.

Processing Time Most orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 3-7 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery is typically 7-14 business days after shipping, depending on your location and carrier availability. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

Freight Delivery Large items such as power racks, cable machines, and cold plunge tubs ship via freight. Freight deliveries are typically curbside — the carrier will bring your item to the curb or driveway. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.

Inspect Your Order Immediately Please inspect all items upon delivery before signing. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at dustin@allclearperformance.com or 405-362-1913. Freight damage claims must be reported promptly.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We work to offer the most competitive freight rates available.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
