Introducing the Cal Aura Red Light DuoTherapy, Cal Saunas' in-sauna red light therapy system that completes your recovery circuit: heat, light, done.

The Cal Aura combines 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light in a single 240-LED panel. Red light works at the skin level, stimulating collagen production for improved elasticity and fewer wrinkles. Near-infrared penetrates deeper, reaching muscle tissue to reduce soreness, accelerate post-exercise recovery, and support joint health. Run either wavelength alone or both together.

At 350W with irradiance above 219mW/cm² at the surface (130mW/cm² at 6 inches), this is a serious therapy device, not a novelty light. Sessions are short by design: 10 minutes with an automatic shutoff timer, safety goggles included.

The slim 38.9" x 8.2" x 2.5" bar arrives with its own floor stand and is sized to live inside your Cal Saunas cabin, so your sauna session and your light therapy session are the same session. At ~0.0 µT EMF emissions it fits the low-EMF standard the Solara line is built around, and it plugs into standard household power (100-240V).

• Skin health | 10-minute sessions, red light only, 3-5 times per week

Always wear the included safety goggles and never look directly into the panel. Limit sessions to 10-15 minutes to avoid overheating. Do not place liquids on or near the device, and remove it from the sauna when not in use. Consult your physician before beginning light therapy if you are pregnant, photosensitive, or taking medications that increase light sensitivity.
