Ships within 3 business days from Body-Solid's warehouse in Forest Park, Illinois. Smaller items ship parcel and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Racks, benches, and machines ship freight and arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Freight is free and curbside in the lower 48: the carrier calls to schedule a delivery window, the driver lowers the crate to the end of your driveway, and it is a team lift from there. We email your tracking the day it leaves.
