Dual 160 lb selectorized weight stacks deliver isolateral resistance, each side works independently so you can eliminate strength imbalances and train both sides equally. The 1:2 pulley ratio gives you finer weight increments and a longer cable travel than most functional trainers in this class, which means more precise loading and more complete range of motion on every exercise. Chest flyes, cable presses, rows, curls, tricep pressdowns, face pulls, squats, lunges, core rotations, the GFT100 handles all of it without swapping machines.

Two fully adjustable swiveling pulleys adjust to virtually any height and rotate 180 degrees, giving you cable angles that most gym setups simply can't replicate. The integrated chinning bar adds pull-ups, chin-ups, and hanging core work without adding a single square foot to your footprint.

The GFT100 ships with aluminum stirrup handles, a triceps rope, a chin and dip belt, a double swivel bar, and an integrated accessory rack to keep everything organized and off the floor.
