Multiple configurations available, pick up the bench only or step up to the full package and add a preacher curl station and lat pulldown/low row attachment for a complete strength system in a single footprint.

Built on a 12-gauge all-four-side welded high tensile steel mainframe, this bench handles decades of heavy use without flex or wobble. Six back pad positions (0, 30, 50, 60, 70, and 80 degrees) and four seat pad positions (0, 10, 20, and 30 degrees) with pop-pin DuraFirm pads that are extra-thick and will never bottom out under load. Multi-position telescoping uprights safely hold the bar for all press variations and flip around for use as a squat station.

The six-roller leg developer handles extensions and curls so you can run a complete lower body session without leaving the bench. Step up to the package option and you add a preacher curl station for strict bicep isolation and a lat pulldown/low row attachment for back and shoulder development.
