Extra-thick 2-3/4" DuraFirm pads will never bottom out under load, and the arched lying leg curl station is specifically shaped to provide proper lower back support during prone leg curl movements that flat-base benches simply can't replicate.

The removable Olympic plate-loaded leg developer adds leg extensions and lying leg curls to a bench that already handles every pressing and pulling movement from flat to incline to decline.
