The Body-Solid GLEG is two pieces of equipment in one compact footprint, a fully adjustable flat-to-incline bench and a cable-based leg developer that connects directly to your existing functional trainer, cable crossover, or low pulley station. If you already own a cable machine and want to add leg extensions and leg curls without buying a dedicated leg machine, this is the smart move.

The bench side handles everything you'd expect, seven back pad positions from 0 to 85 degrees and five seat positions give you complete angle control for pressing, rowing, and dumbbell work. Use it standalone, slide it inside a power rack, or park it in front of a cable stack. Pop-pin adjustments are fast and secure under load.

The cable leg developer is where this bench separates itself from the field. Connect it to any low pulley station, including the GFT100 functional trainer, GDCC250B cable crossover, or GPRFT rack attachment, and you get seated leg extensions and prone leg curls using your existing weight stack. No extra plates, no extra machine, no extra floor space. A cam design keeps resistance consistent through the full range of motion on both movements.

Important: The GLEG cable leg developer requires connection to an existing low pulley cable machine to function. It does not operate as a standalone plate-loaded unit.
