The Body-Solid GFID71B is the bench serious athletes put at the center of their training setup. Built on a 2" x 3" 11-gauge commercial steel frame with a 600 lb weight capacity, this is not a bench you outgrow, it's a bench you build your program around for decades.

Six back pad positions (-15, 0, 25, 45, 60, and 80 degrees) via a secure hook-and-ladder system and seven seat pad positions (-10, 0, 10, 20, 30, 45, and 60 degrees) give you precise angle control for every pressing movement. The hook-and-ladder back pad adjustment locks harder and holds more securely than pop-pin designs, exactly what you want under heavy load. Ultra-thick DuraFirm upholstery that will never bottom out and built-in transport wheels round out a bench that's as practical as it is bulletproof.

The included T-Bar Leg Hold Down locks you in for decline presses and ab work, while optional attachments, Leg Developer (GLDA3), Preacher Curl (GPCA1), and Lat Attachment (GLRA81), let you expand the station as your setup grows. Rolls in and out of any power rack effortlessly.
