The Body-Solid GFID31B is the bench serious athletes drop inside a power rack or Smith machine to turn it into a complete pressing station. Specifically designed with a shortened base frame that fits perfectly in all Smith machines, power racks, and multi-press racks, including every rack in the Body-Solid lineup, it rolls in, locks in, and handles whatever you throw at it.

Six ladder-style back pad positions and eight seat pad positions give you precise angle control for every pressing movement. The ladder-style adjustment locks harder and holds more securely under heavy load than pop-pin designs, exactly what you want when you're pressing serious weight. Extra-thick DuraFirm upholstery that will never bottom out, built-in transport wheels, and an included T-Bar Leg Hold Down for decline work and ab training round out a bench that punches well above its price point.

Compatible with the optional GPCA1 Preacher Curl and GLDA1 Leg Developer attachments for athletes who want to expand the station as their setup grows. Dumbbells, bar, plates, and collars sold separately.
